WHAT THIS IS
This retreat is not time out to switch off. It is an invitation to switch on: your values, your clarity, your personality. No esoteric journey into the light real conversations, fresh input, and the realisation that you are your brand, whether you work for yourself or are simply looking for your own course again.
Instead of an online webinar, sand between your toes. Instead of a flipchart: reflecting, finding your direction, getting into the water. Bring someone along if you like – even if they don’t join the sessions, they are part of the week.
You don’t need to know how to surf. Nobody has to get on a board. You can just as well swim in the Atlantic, walk the beach, do yoga, explore the area by bike or do nothing at all. Everything is voluntary – you decide again each day.

A DAY BY THE SEA
- Sunrise – a walk, quiet, moving by the sea
- Breakfast – generous, together. Pack your lunch to take with you while you are there
- Deep Dive – the session of the day
- Me Time – swim, surf, cycle, or read, sleep, write, walk the beach
- Sunset – dinner together, a drink at the bar, conversation or quiet
The ocean sets the pace – waves, weather and tides decide. If it rains we get creative and use the time for your goals and your vision.

The Atlantic Surf Lodge is not a hotel, it is a home for a week. Comfort? Yes. Luxury? No. Community? Absolutely. Life happens in the courtyard, in the big garden and by the fireplace. Please book your room directly here:
