Catering at the lodge

Breakfast

For the most important moment of the day, we offer for breakfast a continental buffet, varied and complete.

It includes fresh baguettes from the local bakery, tea, coffee, eggs, cheese, jam, honey, Nutella, organic Muesli, yogurt, fruit, vegetables, guacamole, hummus and more.

From this buffet you can make sandwiches for the lunchtime picnic.

Lunch

For a perfect day on the beach, you can make yourself a sandwich and choose from a selection of fruits. We suggest you bring your own lunch box and water bottle.

Having dinner

In the evening, we serve hot, fresh and varied meals, always accompanied by salads and delicious homemade desserts.

Once a week, we organize a big barbecue and of course, vegetarian or vegan meals are always on the menu!

our Chef!

ASL : What is important for you as a chef?

Niko : Honesty and transparency! Where are the products from? Who are my guests? How can I cook the best possible food? I try to simplify things, rethink them and create enjoyment from fresh ingredients, logic and creativity. I want every one of our guests to leave the table with a smile.

ASL : What role does nutrition play in the lodge?

Niko : A big one! We make sure that your body gets all the nutrients, i.e. vitamins, proteins, minerals and carbohydrates, that you need for surfing.

ASL : A typical Lodge recipe?

Niko : A buffet with everything the vegetable season has to offer! Slow-cooked chicken with herbs from our own garden. Curries, stews, stews from all over the world. And every Saturday “Pasta Day”!

ASL : Your personal favorite food?

Niko : Homemade pizza from our oven in the lodge!
